Job Description:
• Responsible to handle telephone calls
• Responsible to handle residents complaints
• To greet and maintain a good relationship with residents.
Requirements:
• Female
• Age between 22 – 27 years old
• Single
• Local / Overseas graduate from D3/S1 degree in Hotel / Tourism Industry
• Excellent English (spoken and written) is a must
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and computer literate
• Good appearance
• Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours
