University of Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) organized the socialization of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945), The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Unity of Diversity (Bhineka Tunggal Ika) (14/2). This event was held at the Auditorium Building E, 3rd floor. It is cooperation between Udinus and the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (MPR RI) that facilitated by Board Member of the MPR, Agustina Wilujeng Pramestuti, SS.
300 participants from student organization (ORMAWA) Udinus attended this event and they received materials about the Implementation of Election, which will be done simultaneously, to choose the President and Vice President, Member of House of Representatives (DPR), Member of Regional Representative Council (DPD), and Member of Regional People's Representative Assembly (DPRD).
The government was preparing a draft revision of Law No.19 of 2009, about the Implementation of Election simultaneously in 2019. There were many pros and cons about the Law that made polemic between the stakeholders and the political analysts. “We as Board Member of the MPR invites the Indonesian to maintain the ideology of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945), the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the Unity of Diversity," said Agustina Wilujeng.
The speakers presented in this event are the Rector of Udinus, Prof. Dr. Ir Edi Udinus Noersasongko, M.Kom and Professor of Udinus, Prof. Vincent Didik Wiet Ariyanto, MBA, PhD. "Udinus supports this national awareness, as well as providing the consultation in this socialization. ORMAWA that attended today also have the right to vote in the 2019 in general election, I hope the day's activities can provide benefits, "said Edi Noersasongko.
