Requirements:

  1. Maximum 25 years old (at the time of scholarship application)
  2. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (Verified by official transcripts from the faculty's administration)
  3. Certificate of Poverty from the Head of the local administrative village
  4. Salary Slip or Parent’s income certification letter
  5. Certificate of unemployment and unmarried from the head of the local administrative village
  6. Copy of ID card, family certificate, and student ID card
  7. A colored 4x6 size photo (wearing the alma mater coat)
  8. For undergraduate program applicants, must be between the second and sixth semester; for students majoring in the applied program, must be between the second and fifth semester.
