The Student Affairs Bureau (Bima) at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) has a commitment to supporting its students in achieving accomplishments, both through academic and non-academic means. Recently, the non-academic commitment was shown by the Student Affairs Bureau and others by supporting volleyball athletes from Udinus, who competed in the 2025 Final Four PLN Mobile Proliga.
In the tournament, there were several students from the Management Department at Udinus who competed for two different teams. The Gresik Petrokimia team was reinforced by several Udinus students, including Ajeng Viona Adelia, as an outside hitter with number 12 on her jersey, and Arneta Putri Amelian, as a setter with number 24 on her back. The Jakarta Electric PLN also involved two students from Udinus, including Indah Guretno Dwi Margiani, as a libero with number 20 on her jersey, as well as Yesky Pentakusuma, as a middle blocker with number 16 on her back.
n that occasion, the Vice Rector III of Student Affairs at Udinus, Prof. Dr. Kusni Ingsih, M.M., was also present during the match and cheered for both teams. She expressed her pride in competing students, as it was a moment of joy for Udinus, seeing its students striving to be the best.
“Despite being rivals on this occasion, as they competed for different teams, they are still our students, so we came and cheered for our students. We will always support them,” she uttered.

At the tournament, which was held at the Jatidiri Sports Building, the Gresik Petrokimia team won after defeating Jakarta Electric PLN, with the score of 3-1.
Facility Support for the Athlete
The support is not only given on the match day, but also since the beginning of preparation for this tournament. At the Satria Sport Center, which is owned by Udinus, athletes can train their skills and athletic performance.
One of the national volleyball athletes and a graduate Management student at Udinus, Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi, also occasionally used the sports center. She stated that she was glad to go back to campus and train together with her new club, Gresik Petrokimia.
“Of course, I couldn’t be happier, because I like it when I compete in Proliga, and I’m allowed to go to Semarang. For this reason, I can go to Semarang once every year. I can also finally meet my friends here in Indonesia,” she revealed during her interview at the Satria Sport Center. (Humas Udinus/Penulis: Ika. Editor: Haris. Foto: Bima Udinus)
