Program Pascasarjana Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang memiliki 2 program studi jenjang magister yaitu Magister Teknik Informatika (MTI) dan Magister Manajemen (MM). Saat ini, Program Magister Teknik Informatika (MTI) mempunyai 2 konsentrasi yaitu Intelligent Business dan Business Intelligence dengan kurikulum berstandar Intenasional (IEEE based Computing Curicula), sedangkan Program Magister Manajemen (MM) mempunyai 2 konsentrasi, yakni Human Resource dan Marketing. Selain itu, Udinus juga membuka program studi doktoral untuk program studi Ilmu Komputer dan Manajemen.<\/p>\n
