\n\tHaving a proper job is a dream of millions of people. However, it is impossible to achieve that in such a short period of time, as years of experience are required to attain the desired career path.<\/p>\n

\n\tSuyoko, an alumnus of the Diploma Medical Record and Information at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus), triumphantly became the Head of the Medical Records Department at Telogorejo Hospital after possessing years of experience under his belt. He even initiated his career prior to his official graduation.<\/p>\n
\n\tThis gathered experience guided him to be appointed as the Medical Records Coordinator two years later in 2012. His persistence and sense of responsibility are accredited to his success as Suyoko was appointed as the Head of the Medical Records Department at the Hospital.<\/p>\n
\n\t <\/p>\n
\n\tSuyoko, a native of Sragen, mentioned several steps to always improve. According to him, gaining trust, upholding responsibility, and playing an active role in every activity conducted by the company are three important things to get improvement.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cBe diligent in gaining new knowledge and keep striving to self-improve! You can undergo these steps by getting a bachelor\u2019s degree, and even beyond that!\u201d Suyoko revealed.<\/p>\n
\n\t <\/p>\n
\n\tSuyoko uttered that the Medical Records and Information Program had expansive job opportunities as there were many medical departments out there that might need medical record professionals. \u201cAs the medical facilities increase, there will be retired medical professionals annually. For that reason, the demand for medical recorders will be inevitable,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n
\n\t <\/p>\n
\n\tHe encouraged his juniors at Udinus to utilize their college time well since every assignment given by lecturers might serve as a platform to earn skills and knowledge in becoming Medical Records. \u201cThe Medical Record and Information Program at Udinus taught me manual and electronic medical records management, which could benefit us in the industry,\u201d he uttered.<\/p>\n
\n\t <\/p>\n
\n\tSuyoko also shared her experience as an employee at Telogorejo Hospital. Moreover, in this time of pandemic, hospitals are often surrounded by viruses. He said that keeping our immune system and protecting our family at home was necessary to prevent the virus from spreading.
