It was participated by 218 students from 23 different high schools.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The event, entitled T-News Goes to School: Presenter Wanted, has currently reached the final stage, with ten students from eight different high schools successfully defeating other participants in the preliminary stage. In the final stage, students are given two minutes to announce news by their numbers.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Additionally, participants were also obliged to report the news using three languages, namely, Javanese, English, and Japanese. The reporting session was conducted in a set studio located on the third floor of the E building.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">At the event, the judges commented on several aspects of the reports announced by participants, including the speech and presentation. Those judges were Heri Pamungkas S.S. M.I.Kom. (the Director of <i>TV Kampus Udinus<\/i>, Dr. Sunardi S.S., M.Pd. (the Head of the English Department at Udinus), and Dr. Bayu S.S., M.Hum. (the Head of the Japanese Literature Department at Udinus).&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">T-News Goes to School was directly opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Edi Noersasongko, M.Kom. (the Chancellor of Udinus). On that occasion, the chancellor wished those ten participants a stroke of good luck for managing to reach the final stage. According to the chancellor, T-News served as a platform for high school students to hone their language competence. Moreover, the chancellor also witnessed several performances and gave applause to those students for their competence in Javanese, Japanese, and English.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\u201cThis event will be routinely hosted, and we see that the participants will have a bright future. I do have words of advice to these students, make the world amazed with your language competence,\u201d the chancellor exclaimed.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">This event was a product of collaboration between TVKU and the Humanities Faculty at Udinus. Dr, Raden Arief Nugroho, S.S., M.Hum. (the Dean of the Humanities Faculty) was also present and gave his greetings to the participants. The sparking enthusiasm given by supporters further enlivened the atmosphere of this event. At the event, there were eight schools whose students were participants in the final stage, including SMK Miftahul Ulum Boarding School Demak, SMK N 6 Kendal, SMKN 1 Kendal, SMK N 2 Jepara, SMA N 1 Boja, SMA N 2 Mranggen, and SMK N 1 Kedung.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Nadira Rohadatul, a participant representing SMK N 1 Kendal, expressed her delightfulness in managing to reach the final stage. She further revealed that she had experienced being an announcer using the Indonesian language. Moreover, she hoped for this contest to be held routinely.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\u201cI was challenged to participate in this contest.
