Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) welcomed a visit from the representatives of the Social and Politics Science Faculty (FISIP) at Universitas Nusa Cendana (Undana). The visit took place in the Data and Information Unit located on the second floor of the J building at Udinus on Friday, October 13, 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The visit conducted by a university from East Nusa Tenggara mainly consisted of a discussion session, which ran very well. That was evident by the fact that there were lots to discuss in that session. On that occasion, those two parties exchanged ideas with each other in regard to the usage and management of the campus academic system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
From Udinus, the visit was welcomed by Dr. Heribertus Himawan, S.Kom., M.Kom., the Head of the Data and Information Unit at Udinus, alongside Imanuel Harkespan, M.Kom., and Fahri Firdausillah, S.Kom., M.Cs., both of whom were the programmer of SiAdin System and SiAkad System respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On that occasion, Dr. Heribertus Himawan introduced the representatives for FISIP Undana to various systems used at Udinus, including SiAdin Student, SiAdin Parent, and SiAkad which were mainly used by faculty members. He also explained that it was important to get all the systems to originate from the same source if we were to simplify the data management process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAdditionally, we give instruction to every faculty who would like to use their own systems. However, all data would eventually be integrated by UDI Udinus,\u201d he uttered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
From Undana, several prominent personalities including Dr. Drs. Melkisedek N. B. C Neolaka, M.Si., (the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences), Dr. Hendrik Toda, S.Sos., (the Coordinator of the Administration Science Study Program), Mikael R. Ratu, ST, M.Si., Op., (the Academic Data Manager at Undana), Matheus R. Marawali, S.Sos., (the Financial Accounting Standard at Undana), Fandy Lobo Pa (the operator of the SiAkad system at Undana), and Adolf N. Tallo (a staff member of FISIP Undana) made an appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Drs. Melkisedek N. B. C Neolaka, the Dean of the Social and Political Science Faculty at Undana, thanked Udinus for welcoming their visit. In accordance with the explanation given by the Head of the Data and Information Unit at Udinus, the dean and others would deep dive into their SiAdin and SiAkadnona systems to integrate, despite being a standalone system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
