The Management Student Association at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) held the 2024 Hi School<\/em> , with the theme of \u2018Building Management Skills in Young Entrepreneurs.\u2019 The event aimed to develop students\u2019 management skills from a young age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Events Hi School<\/em> took place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at SMAN 1 Ungaran, and on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Kesatrian High School 2 Semarang. Roughly 300 12th graders attended the program, which was held in the form of an interactive workshop featuring inspirational speakers from the Management Student Association at Udinus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adhim and Rifqi, who were junior Management students at Udinus, explained how management knowledge was implemented in crowdfunding<\/em> . On that occasion, Adinda, the owner of the Avalonskin business, the owner of the Ares business, and the owner of the RK Sport business, also shared their experience in running businesses using the management knowledge they had previously learned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The committee head of the 2024 Hi School, Anggi Avrillia Ayu P., explained that the \u2018Building Management Skills in Young Entrepreneurs\u2019 was employed to emphasize the importance of honing management skills at a young age, particularly those who aspire to be entrepreneurs or businessmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe aim to get high school students to understand how management knowledge will help them manage various aspects of their future businesses, including resources, time, and effective business strategies,\u201d Anggi uttered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the coordinators of the 2024 Hi School<\/em> , Zakia Balqia Qonita, stated that this event mainly aimed to motivate students to continue their studies in higher education. According to Anggi, the program was particularly designed in such a way to introduce students to bright career prospects and future in the management sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe want to teach students that continuing their studies at Udinus, particularly in the Management Department, is the correct choice. This is because the Management Department offers various beneficial programs, including scholarships, alumni mentoring sessions, and work opportunities under various business partners,\u201d Anggi said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
