UDINUS INAUGURATES 36 HEALTH PERSONNEL BEFORE THE 62TH GRADUATION
Before the ceremony of 62nd graduation, on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018, Faculty of Health (FKes) of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (UDINUS) inaugurated and took the professional oath of 36 students as a form of professionalism in the career world, in multi-function room ,on the 1st floor of D building. The 36 students are consist of 18 students from Medical Record and Health Information Study Program (RMIK) and 18 students of Public Health Study Program (Kesmas).
The inauguration and the taking of the professional oath of Medical Record and Health Information Study Program was done by the Head of Health Resources Division of Central Java Provincial Government, Taufik Kurrachman, SKM, M.Kes and the Chairman of Indonesian DPD Professional Medical Recorders and Health Information Association (Pormiki) of Central Java, Sugiharto, A.Md.PK, SKM, MH. While for Public Health Study program was done by the Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Public Health Expert (IAKMI) Regional Board of Central Java, Dr.dr. Sutopo Patriajati, MM, M.Kes.
Taufik Kurrachman, SKM, M. Kes delivered a message from the Central Java Provincial Health Office in his speech that UDINUS’ graduates from FKes should be able to uphold professionalism and also able to provide the best service for the community. "UDINUS’ Faculty of Health graduates must have a good attitude, competence and able to compete fairly. We know that the medical personnel in Indonesia is very competent and can compete with foreign medical personnel, "he said on Monday, April 9th, 2018.
Taufik added that universities should be able to contribute to overcome problems that exist in the society. According to him with the synergy between government and universities, problems can be solved easily. "Through the implementation of Tridharma of University which is education, research, and community service, problems such as diseases that arise in the society can be prevented as early as possible. UDINUS will always provide qualified and highly competitive medical personnel, "added Taufik.
Meanwhile, the Dean of FKes, UDINUS, Dr. Guruh Fajar Shidik, S. Kom, M.Cs hoped that FKes’ graduates could work hard and smart, because that combination would create a great result. "Even working cleverly in this era is not enough, because by the time, medical personnel will start to feel bored with the routine, every day. So working with hearth is needed to keep the spirit alive to make the best result. All of that things must be taught to UDINUS’ students, "he said.
The Head of UDINUS’ Public Relation, Agus Triyono, S. Sos, M.Si mentioned that the graduation was not the end, but it would be the beginning of everything, because after graduating from the university, graduates would face career world that required hard work. "We always support UDINUS’ graduates from various departments by providing them job fair after graduation which later on, it can be used by the graduates to find job that suit with their competence," he concluded.
