UDINUS SOFTWARE FAIR 2017, SEARCH NEW STUDENTS’ TECHNOLOGY
Technology advances to support daily needs requires renewal. New ideas are important to simplify a job. Therefore, the Students Association of Technical Information (HMTI) Dian Nuswantoro University (Udinus) was looking for young developers in the world of technology in the Software Fair 2017.
Twenty-two software from various types displayed in galleries of Building H 1st floor. The theme of this Fair was "Gallery Of Technology". In the exhibition, the committee classified the type of displayed software into four categories, namely mobile gallery, games gallery, desktop gallery and the website gallery. "The theme is to present collection of today's technology advances and it’s divided into four galleries," said the committee’s chairman, Aditya Bagus Wicaksono.
There was a presentation and assessment for the 5 best teams in the last day of Software Fair. All five teams were competing to win the first, second, and third place. Aditya added that the best three teams would be proposed to the academic so that these applications can obtain IPR. "The expectation is that these applications will not duplicated or recognized by others," said Aditya.
The best application in the game gallery was Radiance Sight Zero (fuel search game). In the web gallery, the best application was Appcademy (a site that makes learning coding fun) and Tea Linux OS from desktop gallery. Bctemas.tv (streaming video web that will be launching the first time in CUSTOMS of Semarang Tanjung Emas) from web gallery became the favorite champion by most visited stand. (* PR)
