A team consisting of the Student Council Representatives in the Compute Science Faculty (DPM FIK) at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) launched a website known as ‘Mulsa’ to aid the Loram Wetan Village Authority. The program was a part of this year’s Student Organizations Coaching Program (PPKO).

In addition to launching the Mulsa website, the team also signed an agreement to partner with the Loram Wetan Village Authority and the Ngembal Kulon Public Health Center. The event was held at the Village Hall of Loram Wetan.

Several prominent figures including Dr. Kusni Ingsih, MM., (the Vice Chancellor III of the Student Affairs), Filmada Ocky Saputra M.Eng., (The team’s supervisor), and Eko Apri Kusdianto (the Village Chief of Loram Wetan) also made an appearance on the scene.

Prior to that, the team also established six literature corners including the environmental literature corner, the graphic literature corner, the marketing and financial literature corner, the information literature corner, the leadership literature corner, and the health literature corner. The Student Council Representatives in the Computer Science Faculty also gave a training program to all children and adult participants on how to use Canva. Not only theoretically, but the participants were also taught in practice how to design a picture with Independence Day as its theme.

Gading Candra Pranolo, the team leader, explained that this event served as the first step for Student Council Representatives in the Computer Science Faculty to aid and improve the work performance of the Loram Wetan Village Officials in Kudus.

Additionally, this program also acted as an effort to educate the residents of Loram Wetan by establishing the aforementioned six literature corners, or Elit for short.

“Hopefully, our designed website could assist various village services in Loram Wetan. Furthermore, the six literature corners function as our attempt to improve the prosperity and the productivity of the whole local community of Loram Wetan,” Gading explained.

Eko Apri Kusdianto, the Village Chief of Loram Wetan, Kudus Regency, claimed that the team had really been much of a help in improving the village service in Loram Wetan. Moreover, the six literature corners could help educate the residents of the village.

“We are so grateful for the assistance given by Udinus, particularly the Student Council Representatives in the Computer Science Faculty. Hopefully, our partnership could last long and improve the quality of our village,” he concluded.

It is important to note that Mulsa holds several main features in the field of filing including birth certificates, death certificates, farewell letters, and cover letters. In addition to that, Mulsa also possesses the capability of holding information surrounding Loram Wetan and complaint service for the whole local community of Loram Wetan. (Humas Udinus/Alex.
