We extend a warm welcome to the Master of Management Study Program within the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus).

Our Master of Management Study Program was established on August 30, 2007, as an integral part of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udinus.

The Master's in Management Study Program at FEB Udinus strives to be the premier choice in the field of Business and Management equipped with a global perspective. Our goal is to cultivate graduates who will contribute to society as effective managers, guided by strong moral and ethical principles. They will possess the knowledge, skills, and independence to develop and apply insights, technology, and artistic practices rooted in values that enhance the quality of life, particularly in the domains of financial management, marketing management, human resource management, and operational management.

The competencies of our graduates encompass three aspects, including cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skill), and affective (attitude). The learning process in the Master of Management Study Program at FEB UDINUS utilizes the advantage of combining teacher-centered learning (TCL) and student-centered learning (SCL), where lecturers also play a lot of roles as motivators and facilitators. 

At present, the teaching staff at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udinus, possesses master's and doctoral qualifications obtained from esteemed domestic and international universities.

In accordance with the decree No. 3654/SK/BAN-PT/Ak.KP/M/IX/2023 dated September 12th, 2023, the Master of Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Dian Nuswantoro, has achieved accreditation with an 'Excellent' rating.

Becoming a master's program in management that produces graduates who can solve practical problems through research in the field of management and technopreneurship, with a global orientation.

 

Mission

1. Organizing quality and ethical master's program education that strategically prepares graduates' competitiveness based on technopreneurship and global orientation.

2. Develop research in management that is innovative, high quality, and beneficial for the welfare of society based on technopreneurship and globally oriented.

3. Implementing quality community service programs in management and business collaboratively and sustainably based on technopreneurship and global orientation.

4. Strengthening strategic collaboration with government institutions, the industrial world, and other institutions at national and international levels to improve the quality of graduates, lecturers, and organizations.
