With gratitude towards the Almighty God, Allah SWT, for His blessings and grace, the website of the Undergraduate Information System Study Program has been successfully developed. It stands as one of the alternatives, serving as an informational reference for both the public and students interested in learning more about our study program.

The Study Program of Information Systems at the Faculty of Computer Science aims to support students to gain success in education, entrepreneurship, and long-term careers. We offer a positive environment, facilities, and proper infrastructures, not only to assist students with the knowledge and skills of information system technology but also to shape their discipline character with soft-skill insights. We also teach them about future technopreneurship which potentially leads to changes in the business sector.

In today's business landscape, which heavily relies on information technology platforms, there is a high demand for leaders who can not only establish and cultivate successful companies, but also provide new job markets, enhance the value of products and services, stimulate innovation, and adeptly address challenges. In the field of these competencies, our graduates are equipped with expertise in information systems and business insight.

We hold a strong connection between students and lecturers including all faculty members to fulfill students’ needs. We hoped that the information system study program could be a platform for students and alumni where their vision and commitment to the field of information systems are constantly supported and empowered. We are very proud of the department’s achievement as well as the lecturers who are very enthusiastic toward the vision of this study program, including this website to provide information regarding the undergraduate information system major.

Vision

Becoming the main study program in the field of information systems with worldwide insight integrated with the best human resource with entrepreneurial character in the year 2016.

Mission

1. Organizing education based on competence in the field of information systems that aligns with the development of science and the dynamic needs of society.

2. Organizing a program to enhance the quality of the academic community to support research and social service.

3. Forming a collaboration with various relevant institutions for the enhancement and preservation of study programs.

4. Exploring and developing the entrepreneurial potential of an ethical and responsible academic community.

    Bachelor of Information System Program

    Analyst System / Bussiness

    A person who’s responsible for the process of analysis, design, and modification of several systems using computer technologies to ensure a better business process.

    Software Developer

    Focusing on software development process including analysis, design, programs, and tests, that are used toward business application and database.

    Manager Project

    Proficient in the field of project management particularly in the information technology sector with the main task of planning, executing, and supervising the project activity from the beginning to the end of certain deliverables.

    Academition / Research System Information

    An intellect who’s proficient and independent in the process of learning along with the capability to create scientific works in the technology and information system field.

    Auditor System

    An Individual who’s in charge of identification, evaluation, controlling, and managing the security system of information technology at a certain organization or auditee which enables opportunities and challenges as a problem-solving process toward business optimization.

    Technopreneur

    A high integrity proficiency surrounded by creative spirit, innovation, as well as competence in technology and information system sectors

    Data Analyst

    An individual proficient in utilizing insights and technology, delving into data analysis and presentation, and represent valuable knowledge to effectively address issues within a business organization.
