- Valid copy of student ID card
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 verified by official transcripts from the faculty’s administration
- FC.Surat keanggotaan organisasi kemahasiswaan
- Applicants should not be receiving any scholarships at the time of this program application
- Applicants should not be working as a civil servant or any other employee.
- Applicants should fill out the application form
