Requirements:

1. Valid copy of student ID card
2. Minimum GPA of 2.75 verified by official transcripts from the faculty’s administration
3. FC KHS – Surat Ket.sebagai mahasiswa aktif (minta di BIAK)
4. Surat Keterangan tidak mampu yang disyahkan  Pihak kelurahan
5. Applicants should not be receiving any scholarships at the time of this program application
6. Applicants should not be working as a civil servant or any other employee.
7. Applicants should fill out the application form 

NB: pendaftaran dibuka bulan Juli-Agustus
