Pratama Arhan Alif, an Undergraduate Management student at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus), showcased his success in his professional football career for the U23 Indonesian National Team. Arhan was also regarded as the best young player at the 2020 AFF Cup. 

 

Arhan has always honed his skills since his childhood, he even went as far as joining the Terang Bangsa BJL in Semarang. In 2018, he manifested his dedication and became a part of the PSIS Football Club. Following his entrance into PSIS, he continued his study at Udinus and brought its good image to the international level. 

 

“As an athlete at Udinus, the student affairs bureau and the whole academic community at Udinus have really been supporting me wholeheartedly. It is truly a pride-inducing experience to uphold the campus’ image at an international sports event,” Arhan, born on December 21st, 2001 in Blora, explained. 

 

Upon becoming an athlete at Udinus, Arhan kept achieving countless accomplishments as a left-back. One of which was becoming a part of the U19 Indonesian National Team in 2020 and Arhan is currently reinforcing the Senior Indonesian National Team. 

 

“Initially, I was listed in the PSIS recommendation, leading to me being appointed to reinforce the national team. Of course, this achievement sparked the feeling of pride inside me,” uttered the player with a total transfer market of Rp. 5.65 billion.

 

He triumphantly brought lots of accomplishments during his time in the national team including becoming the man of the match in a match against Malaysia at the 2020 AFF Cup. Moreover, he was regarded as the youngest player in the same sports event.

 

Arhan, a student of the 2020 cohort, shared that education was still important to shape our future. He further stated that not only could the athletes at Udinus adapt to campus activities, but they also received forms of appreciation such as undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships received by Arhan. 

 

“During my study at Udinus, my training in the football club and the national team was not bothered at all. Furthermore, an appreciation in the form of scholarships is truly a priceless award to me.
