Engaging in organizations and establishing a business are challenges for Nabila Osa Qinthara to overcome. Osa, an Undergraduate Accounting Student at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus), has always possessed the desire to tie relations and enhance her soft skills through campus organizations so that she could take her business toward improvement.

Osa is an active member of the Student Executives (BEM). She claimed that the organization had given her experience including coordination and communication skills. As a result, she utilized this opportunity to enhance her soft skills, which would later be implemented in her business.

According to Osa, being involved in campus organizations served as a platform for students to hone their leadership and public speaking skills. “To me, joining organizations is crucial as it could help me enhance soft skills, gain insight into the social realm, and gather knowledge in many fields,” Osa revealed.

In addition to organizations, Osa is also actively running her business, namely an online business established in 2018. She claimed that upon graduating from high school, she sought to earn additional income by marketing face masks and organic masks using the Instagram platform.

Osa further admitted that during her service in the organization, she could properly allocate her time for campus activities and her business. “I have learned various things, not only limited to communication and leadership skills, but I also delved into how to manage time properly by writing a journal between campus and organizational activities,” Osa, born on June 27, 2000, in Kendal, explained.

She encouraged her fellow students who are passionate about taking part in organizations and running a business to keep being consistent in carrying responsibilities. “Do not be hesitant to do new things, instead, you must walk every process and learn every experience you gathered.
