Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) continued its commitment to enhancing the quality of its study programs, as exemplified by the recent accreditation of the Accounting Study Program. Under the supervision of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), the program has now achieved superior accreditation status.

The Board of National Accreditation for Higher Education (BAN-PT) bestowed the prestigious accreditation certificate, numbered 1907/SK/BAN-PT/Ak.KP/S/V/2023, recognizing the superior status of the Bachelor of Accounting program at Udinus. That esteemed accreditation is valid from May 23rd, 2023, until December 28th, 2026, highlighting the university's unwavering commitment to academic excellence.

Dr. Anna Sumaryati, S.E., M.Si., the Head of the Accounting Study Program, attributed this achievement to the unwavering commitment of all parties involved. What differentiates the accounting study program apart from other majors at Udinus is its unique combination of 16 Semester Credit Units (SKS) and a state-of-the-art digital system.

Dr. Anna explained "Accounting will always be essential in various institutions, because it adapts to global developments. To remain competitive in the industrial sector, our graduates must keep their pace with these advancements.”

The achievement signified that the Bachelor of Accounting program at Udinus had attained the highest grade for both input and output education within the Economics and Business faculty. The exceptional quality served as a proof of the program's success in producing many outstanding graduates in the field of accounting.

During the journey towards achieving superior accreditation, the Accounting Major at Udinus underwent a rigorous process that involved fulfilling specific requirements for re-accreditation. Additionally, the assessment was conducted offline by the assessor from BAN-PT.

Dr. Anna shared "The accreditation process was carefully prepared days in advance and involved the dedicated efforts of numerous parties within Udinus' academic community.”

Whereas, Prof. Vincent Didiek Wiet Aryanto, Mba., Ph.D., the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, expressed his pride over the remarkable achievement. He emphasized the ongoing efforts to enhance the education quality at Udinus, particularly within the Accounting Major. With this recent success, all study programs at Udinus' Faculty of Economics and Business have now attained superior accreditation
