The League of Legends: Wild Rift division of an e-sports team at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) won the second season of the ITTP E-Sports Championship. The team consisting of seven students managed to defeat various Indonesian e-sports teams.

The team was led by Aqil Bryan Pratamajati, with other six students being the members. Those talented students were Emmanuel Gracheo Silaen, Arman Aryana, Fabianus Jericho HJS, Fauzi Rifqi Putra, Bima Prasatyaji, and Moh. Irvan Andriansyah.  

The second season of the ITTP E-Sports Championship was hosted from November 25th to 27th, 2022. It was live on YouTube, with various teams consisting of students from many different universities competing against each other in that prestigious event. For additional information, the E-Sports team at Udinus currently has several divisions with countless accomplishments.

During his interview, Aqil Bryan Pratamajati explained that the team had been preparing for several months prior to the competition. The preparations encompassed various aspects, including crafting the proper strategy, and maximizing teamwork between team members, as well as participating in similar events to tie relations with e-sports pro players.

“We would also like to inform our fellow youths that the Udinus E-Sports Community currently has the League of Legends: Wild Rift division. Our newly achieved success served as a token of pride proving that our campus has a formidable e-sports community.

Furthermore, he also did not underestimate their opponents as they also employed many strategies, as well as kept their communication intact. By switching strategies, the team could exploit their opponents’ weaknesses into their advantages. Aqil further revealed that there would be many matches against their rivals from many different universities.

“Hopefully, we will be able to maintain solidarity so that we can make a name for our campus. Moreover, the academic community has also channeled their best Support to all teams participating both in national and international e-sports leagues,” he added.

On a different occasion, Dr. Rindra Yusianto, S.Kom., M.T., the Head of the Student Affairs Bureau at Udinus, was proud of this phenomenal accomplishment. He hoped for this success to encourage other students to aim for the best.
