A total of 917 students from 18 different departments and faculties graduated at the 77th graduation of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus). The graduation ceremony was hosted in the Grand Room Rama Shinta at Hotel Patra, Semarang.

Those 917 graduates were all directly inaugurated by Prof. Ir. Edi Noersasongko, the Chancellor of Udinus. On that occasion, the procession was symbolically conducted, with the 15 best graduates being the representatives.

In detail, the Faculty of Computer Science successfully graduated with 208 Bachelor’s in Informatics, 58 Bachelor’s in Information Systems, 35 Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design, 124 Bachelor’s in Communications Science, 5 Diplomas inInformatics, and 48 Master’s in Computer Science.

On that occasion, the Economic and Business Faculty graduated with a total of 17 Masters of Management, 160 Bachelor’s in Management, and 112 Bachelor’s in Accounting. Furthermore, the Humanities Faculty graduated with 29 Bachelor's in English, 16 Bachelor’s in Japanese Literature, and three Applied Bachelors of Hotel Management. 

Furthermore, the Health Science faculty graduated with 16 Bachelor’s in Public Health, two Bachelor’s in Environmental Health, and 28 Diploma in Medical Records. Last but not least, the Engineering Faculty graduated with six Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 34 Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, and 16 Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering. 

Prof. Ir. Edi Noersasongko, M.Kom., the Chancellor, congratulated all 917 graduates for graduation in an ideal condition. This is because Udinus has currently been accredited as Excellent by the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT).

“Hopefully, everything that you learned during your college years can be fully utilized in public. As anticipated, graduates of Udinus can play an active role in advancing both the current state of the nation and its future,” advised Prof. Edi.

At the 77th graduation, Udinus officially launched the Sekar Nuswantoro Gamelan Robot for the first time ever. Moreover, the robot showcased its initial performance alongside the Gita Dian Nuswa Student Choir Group. The gamelan robot was equipped with a technology known as Arduino and Solenoid. This specific feature allowed this robot to play different instruments and music using software. Additionally, there was also an agreement Memorandum of Understanding between Udinus and the Diponegoro National Hospital. The agreement was conducted to strengthen the establishment of the Medicine Faculty at Udinus.  

On that occasion, there were 15 students with the highest GPA in each department. In the Master’s Informatics Department, a student named Sukma Ayu Septianingrum earned a GPA of 4.0. In the Master’s Management Department, Bambang Nooryanto successfully garnered a GPA of 3.93.

As for bachelor's students, Elya Dian Alfatikhah, an Informatics student, successfully graduated with a GPA of 3.88. In the Department of Information Systems, Punky Nabella Saputri managed to get a GPA of 3.91. As for the Visual Communication Program, Alya Tsabitah Rismansa garnered a GPA of 3.86. In the Communication Science Department, Rifin Sugiarto was able to earn a GPA of 3.87.

Marlyen Honestya Safeta, a Management student, managed to get a GPA of 3.88. In the Department of Accounting, Friscilla Sagita Simaranta and Nurriyah Kusumawati successfully earned the same GPA of 3.87. Furthermore, Tan Nirel Angwen Wisley, an English student, was able to garner a GPA of 3.9. In the Japanese Literature Department, Ezra Megrrari Nanditya graduated with a GPA of 3.92.

A Public Health student named Febriani Luthfi Hanifah earned a GPA of 3.79. In the Department of Environmental Health, Imanuel Evan Nugroho managed to garner a GPA of 3.59. As for the Industrial Engineering Department, Tiffany Yolanda Budiana managed to earn a GPA of 3.76.
