Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus), alongside Institut Teknologi Garut (ITG), developed their human resources through a Partnership Agreement and Implementation Arrangement several weeks ago.

The agreement took place in the conference room on the first floor of the H building with several representatives from both parties. From Udinus, there was Dr. Drs. Abdul Syukur, M.M., the Dean of the Computer Science Faculty, Dr. Ahmad Zainul Fanani, S.Si., M.Kom., the Vice Dean I of the Computer Science Faculty. Additionally, the Head of the Doctorate Computer Science Program, Purwanto, S.Si., M.Kom., Ph.D., and other faculty members were also present.

Meanwhile, ITG also sent representatives, including Dr. Dede Kurniadi, the Head of the Computer Science Program, Fitri Nuraeni, S.Kom., M.Kom., the Head of the Quality Assurance Institute, and Yosep Septiana, S.Kom., M.Kom., the Head of the Information Systems and Database Institute.

The agreement was opened by the greetings conveyed by the dean regarding three partnership relations, which would eventually develop human resources for both parties. Furthermore, he revealed that this step was also essential to facing the constant development in the field of education.

“Moreover, the field of computer science is dynamic, and we are sure that this collaboration will contribute to the development of human resources in the IT sector,” he uttered.

“The agreement encompasses various aspects, including group research and relevant curriculum development in the digital era. Hopefully, this step could serve as a similar model among college institutions in Indonesia,” the dean added.

In response to that statement, Dr. Dede Kurniadi, S.Kom., M.Kom., would be committed to providing the best possible effort in developing the education system and the field of computer science. With this partnership, those two institutions are expected to conduct innovative programs that would positively impact both students and the public.
