Campus Press of (Udinus) received an appreciation from the Directorate of Principals, Superintendents, and Educational Instructors (KSPSTK) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Appreciation was given for the campus’ success in producing Self-management Microlearning Videos Type II. This success was reinforced by the trust received by the Film and Television Department at Udinus to produce more microlearning videos for the Independent Teaching Platform (PMM).

In 2023, the content produced by the Film and Television Department has been accessed by 3 million teachers in Indonesia. Recently, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between both the Film and Television Department and the KSPTK marked a new beginning of microlearning video productions. The agreement took place in Jakarta at the start of this July.

Dr. Ruri Suko Basuki, M.Kom., the Head of the Film and Television Department, stated that the involvement of this project could be a strategic step for the department to enforce online learning during the PMM program. These excellent microlearning videos serve as a foundation for the KSPSTK Directorate to trust the Film and Television Departments to produce even more of these videos.

“We are proud to help them make microlearning videos for the PMM program, and hopefully, we will be able to improve upon our previous videos,” Dr. Ruri Suko Basuki, M.Kom., uttered.

PMM itself is an educational platform developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. It allows teachers to receive support in developing teaching practices aligning with the Independent Curriculum.

For that reason, the step taken by Udinus in appreciating this trust shows its commitment to supporting an innovative breakthrough in the education sector in Indonesia through the usage of digital technology. (Humas Udinus/Alex. Foto: Dok. FTV Udinus)
