Semarang – The Dian Nuswantoro Sejahtera Loan and Savings Cooperative conducted an annual meeting attended by the whole academic community of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus). The meeting, involving hundreds of participants, discussed new policies and a new leader for the cooperative.
The meeting was held in the auditorium located on the third floor of the E building at Udinus on Saturday, August 10th, 2024.
The annual meeting resulted in Dr. Ir. Dwi Eko Waluyo, M.M., becoming the new leader of the cooperative for the 2024 to 2027 period. The cooperative, established in 1999, currently has 430 members, with Rp. 2.6 billion in assets.
During his opening speech, Dwi Eko stated his commitment to keep bringing good benefits to the cooperative members. “I will work hard to bring our cooperative to the correct way, allowing all of us to gain positive things from it,” said the new leader, who also happened to be the Head of the Partnership and International Affairs Agency at Udinus.
The Dian Nuswantoro Sejahtera Cooperative keeps seeing positive growth, with the number of members and asset value increasing significantly. Under the new leadership, the cooperative is expected to further develop and give more positive benefits to its members.
Dwi Eko added that the annual meeting did not only serve as an evaluation of work performance but also a strategic moment to enact policies for the years to come.
“Hopefully, all members will be able to give their support to this new leadership, as well as state their aspirations for this organization to reach a better height. This will result in a tangible contribution to be made in shaping the academic community at Udinus to be better,” he uttered.
At the end of the meeting, there was also a door prize session for the lucky winners. The event ran well, with all members strengthening their bonds with each other. (Humas Udinus/Alex. Foto: Humas Udinus)
