Currently, the field of Information and Technology is undergoing major advancements in every part of the globe, which have also inflicted a significant impact on the public, particularly in Indonesia. Every shard of information concerning current affairs on earth is accessible by practically everyone, particularly business matters to improve economic stability.
 
The availability of competent Human Resources in technology and management is among many aspects that concern the government. This is because Indonesia does not only house a market in the economic sector but also serves as a benchmark to develop the digital sector. These days, digital businesses are growing into a promising sector and have essentially become a new business model, leading the world to a whole new age. 
 
In addition to human resources excelling in both technology and management, implementing the concept of entrepreneurship is also the best step in response to the current social, economic, political, and technological conditions, which are gradually becoming more complex. Presently, technopreneurship holds an important role in technological usage to fulfill various necessities. Many campuses are pushed by the government to produce more workforces that are competent in the Digital Business Sector, including Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus), which is known for its commitment to producing talented workforces. 
 
Through the Doctoral Management Program, Udinus responded to the demands issued by the government in fulfilling human resources talent in the management sector based on technopreneurship and digital business. The doctoral program has also been sufficiently facilitated by the campus. 
 
Several fields of study are also offered, including Marketing Management, Human Resources Management, and Financial Management. All of these fields are certainly based on technopreneurship and digital business. 
 
Prof. Dr. Amron., S.E., M.M., the Head of the Doctoral Management Program at Udinus, explained that the learning process in the department was facilitated with an enjoyable learning and discussion space. In addition, the source of literature is also updated occasionally with reputable journals. The department also provides students with competent instructors, which is also one of many qualities held by the Doctoral Management Program at Udinus. 
 
Prof. Amron revealed that the department also offered numerous concentration courses, including management of marketing, human resources, and finance based on technopreneurship and digital business. The foundations of the learning process correspond with the current complexity of social, economic, political, and technological conditions. 
 
“The Doctoral Management Department at Udinus opens a wide opportunity for instructors, practitioners, public or private employees, and the general public. Through this department, we are committed to responding to the demands of workforces in the Digital Marketing and technopreneurship sectors,” he explained. 
 
He hoped for the Doctoral Management Department at Udinus to contribution in the form of an educational program with the ability to forge and form competent human resources. 
 
“In the near future, we expect the Doctoral Management Program to be the center of management study based on technopreneurship and digital business with global insight,” he concluded.
