Four student organizations at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) conducted a field assessment. This assessment is a part of the Student Organization Capacity Coaching Program (PPKO).
Ormawa Udinus yang berhasil lolos yakni Himpunan Mahasiswa (HM) Sistem Informasi yang meluncurkan aplikasi ‘Si Kecik’ di Kelurahan Krobokan dan Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen (HMM) yang meluncurkan aplikasi Tirtanadi di Desa Kalisidi.

A representative from the field assessment team of PPKO at the Ministry of Education, Ir. Mintarti, M.Si., explained that the PPKO program was an initiation conducted by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa). According to Mintarti, this program obliged students to empower villages, which would later benefit the locals residing within them. There are fourteen topics to choose from for this empowerment program.
“Kami harap melalui program ini ada peningkatan kinerja dari setiap mahasiswa dan organisasi di sebuah Perguruan Tinggi. Tiga diantara topik itu, sosial preneur, desa digital dan desa cerdas masing-masing miliki tujuan dan indikator sendiri-sendiri,” jelasnya.
The field assessment lasted for two days, from November 4th to 5th, 2022. During those two days, the assessment was divided into two phases, with the first phases taking place in the conference room located on the first floor of the H building. The first phase was mainly a Q&A session concerning activities conducted by those four student organizations.
Meanwhile, on the second day, the assessment team from the Ministry of Education, the Student Affairs Team from Udinus, and several students reviewed various locations. On that occasion, both assessing teams monitored and evaluated every location for the PPKO program. The evaluation was attended by leaders of their respective regions accompanied by locals.
Dr. Kusni Ingsih, MM., the Vice Chancellor III of Student Affairs, hoped for all four PPKO programs conducted by students to pass the next phase. Several programs conducted by those four student organizations from Udinus is highly needed by those villages.
“Kami pun selalu memberikan dukungan penuh untuk berbagai kegiatan dari seluruh ormawa khususnya ormawa yang mengikuti PPK Ormawa. Harapan kami PPK Ormawa yang kami telah kami jalankan ini dapat lolos ke tahap final,” tutup WR 3 Udinus. (Humas Udinus/Alex. Foto: Humas Udinus)
