The Doctoral Management Program at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) conducted an interview and selection of proposals for the study program applicants.
The interview and selection were among many registrational processes undergone by applicants. The entire procession was hosted online using the Google Meet platform, with three applicants being interviewed by faculty members. Previously, the applicants had taken TOEFL tests, as well as enrolled on the campus.
During the procession, the applicants were interviewed by Prof. Vincent Didiek Aryanto MBA, Ph.D.,—the Dean of the Economics and Business Faculty—, and Dr. Piji Pakarti, S.E., M.Si.,—a staff member of the Enrolment Section at the Doctoral Management Department.
Prof. Dr. Amron SE.,. MM., the Head of the Doctoral Management Department, explained that the program offered several concentrations, including marketing management, human resource management, and financial management based on technopreneurship and digital businesses. As explained by Prof. Amron, the applicants would be interviewed and obliged to take online tests in the process.
“The learning basis is a response to the rapid evolution of social conditions, economic conditions, political climates, and technology, which becomes more complex gradually,” he explained.
Prof. Amron further noted that the Doctoral Management Department was supported with sufficient facilities. In addition, the study pieces of literature have also been updated with numerous reputed scientific journals. Moreover, the department also houses competent instructors.
“Hopefully, our department will be able to further contribute to science by providing an educational program that can help human resources become sharper and more competent,” Prof. Amron explained.
