Four Awards were granted to Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) at the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDikti) Awards Event Region VI Central Java 2023. These awards serve as appreciation for the achievements made by private universities. The award handover was held in Hotel Patra Jasa on Tuesday (12/19/2023).
The awards were given directly by the Head of LLDikti Region VI Central Java, Bhimo Widyo Andoko, SH., MH. In his speech, he stated that this event is not a competition, but merely a form of appreciation to improve, encourage, and appreciate the performance of private universities in Central Java Province, Indonesia.
“This is the first time of awards event. We are giving awards after organizing coaching, supervising, and controlling all private universities across Central Java Province,” He said.
“In total, there are 10 categories that are in line with our data that can be accessed. By utilizing data from private universities that report to higher education (Dikti),” added Bhimo.
On that occasion, Udinus received three general awards namely in the category of Academic Private University with the best Achieving Student Affairs, then followed by the category of Academic Private University with the best cooperative governance, and the category of Academic Private University with the best citation per lecturer.
In addition, individual awards were granted to the undergraduate lecturer of Informatics, Dr. Muhammad Akrom, M.Si., for his chosen scientific work for the 2023 scientific work publication program.
The awards were symbolically received by the Vice-Chancellor II General and financial field, Dr. Guruh Fajar Shidik, S.Kom., M.Cs., on behalf of Udinus’ Chancellor. Dr. Guruh expressed his pride toward the achievement made by Udinus at the LLDikti Awards Central Java Province Region VI. According to him, this award is tangible proof of the performance made by Udinus’ academic community.
