Persyaratan:

1. Usia Maksimum 23 tahun(pada saat permohonan beasiswa diajukan)
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (Verified by official transcripts from the faculty's administration)
3. Certificate of Poverty from the Head of the local administrative village
4. Salary Slip or Parent’s income certification letter
5. Certificate of unemployment and unmarried from the head of the local administrative village
6. Copy of ID card, family certificate, and student ID card
7. pas foto ukuran 4×6 (berwarna dan memakai jaket almamater.
8. mahasiswa minimal semester III dan maksimal semester VII 

NB: pendaftaran dibuka bulan mei-juni
