Chyntia Trie Wahyuningtyas, an alumna of the Undergraduate Accounting Student Program at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus), is currently sailing on her career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP). She managed to pursue her desired career path as a bailiff or Juru Sita Pajak Negara (JSPN) and was dispatched to the Pratama Semarang Tax Office or Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) located in Candisari, Semarang.

As a bailiff, Chyntia usually served as an inspector, evaluator, and collector. Her everyday job was to collect taxes from those who were still in arrears. “I possess the responsibility of delivering forced, confiscation, prevention, and collateral letters to those concerned,” said the owner of the @chyn.chyntia Instagram account.

Chyntia, born on 14th August 1990, has embarked on her career since 2015. Then, she was dispatched to the Pratama Semarang Tax Office in November 2019 as an executor in the billing section. She has been showcasing remarkable performance in this section since her first entrance.

“To be more specific, I was officially appointed to the position I am in right now in September 2020, and with my current dedication, thankfully, I have not encountered any hardship yet,” Chyntia uttered.

A bailiff is a law officer who mainly holds the responsibility to collect taxes and deliver forced letters. In Semarang, there are 9 Tax Offices supervised by the Directorate General of Taxes in Central Java.

Chyntia, who graduated in 2012, also actively participated as a secretary in the Accounting Student Association during her time at Udinus. She was interested in continuing her study at Udinus as it could be easily accessed considering it resided in the heart of the city. Moreover, the Department of Accounting was also well-equipped with facilities and information technology.

“The atmosphere on campus was very supportive towards me to actively participate in organizations and diligently pursue my studies. The support provided by the lecturers has also served its purpose to put me in the position I am in today,” she concluded.
