At this event, the Hotel Management Department, which is a part of the Humanities Faculty, partners with the Indonesian Chef Association (ICA) and Artugo.

The event will also feature two speakers:

• Chef Hendro Purwanto, who will discuss Pastry and Bakery
• Chef Aswin Dwi Utomo, who will discuss Fruit Carving
