It is about time for you to attend the Fruit Carving and Bakery Workshop presented by the Hotel Management Department at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus).
At this event, the Hotel Management Department, which is a part of the Humanities Faculty, partners with the Indonesian Chef Association (ICA) and Artugo.
The event will also feature two speakers:
- Chef Hendro Purwanto, who will discuss Pastry and Bakery
- Chef Aswin Dwi Utomo, who will discuss Fruit Carving
