In this sector, students of the Hotel Management Program are encouraged to hone their skills in cooking typical cuisines and market them to consumers.

“Food Diary Program and foodpreneurship could serve as a huge opportunity for Hotel Management Program students, particularly in the sector of food and beverages. With the presence of the mayor, students became more motivated in pursuing the sector,” the dean emphasized.

Food Diary itself is a program initiated by the Department of Hotel Management and TVKU Semarang. As additional information, the Hotel Management Department is a part of the Humanities Faculty.
